In the medical laboratory analysis, various biological fluids of human or animal origin are collected and analyzed under the responsibility of a doctor, who interpret the results inorder to participate in the diagnostic and monitoring of certain diseases.

- Cutaneous-membrane (vaginal, urethral, buccal ...)
- Samples of skin and appendages (nails, hair ...)
- Collection of effusion fluids (pleural, peritoneal, etc.) or puncture (cerebrospinal fluid, bone marrow, etc.)
- Stool, urine or ostomy fluid samples.
